Hi, I’m Lara — the person behind Frame & Focus.

I’m a B2B SaaS go-to-market leader with deep experience in building product marketing from the ground up. At a leading employee experience platform, I established the product marketing function and helped drive growth from $10M to over $165M ARR through smart GTM strategy, portfolio expansion, and multiple successful launches.

That journey gave me a front-row seat to the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid scale — from sharpening positioning to enabling sales teams and securing analyst recognition.
